Job description
Helix Linear Technologies is seeking a Director of Operations in Beachwood, OH to lead day-to-day manufacturing, planning, supply chain, and advanced manufacturing on the floor. This floor-first role emphasizes operating discipline and scalable processes.
You will manage 4-5+ direct reports, drive on-time delivery toward 90%+, improve throughput and utilization in a high-mix, low-volume setting, and partner with HR and leadership to build a high-performing team in a precision environment.
