Job description
Corning Inc. is seeking a Precision Optics Engineering Department Head to lead three engineering teams in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will deliver stable, scalable processes, support NPI, reduce scrap, and enable capacity expansion.
Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, 10+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, and 5+ years of leadership experience. This role requires driving engineering excellence and presenting to leadership and customers.
