Job description
BP Energy seeks a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and logistics across our Utilities & Energy portfolio. You will define global category strategies, negotiate major contracts, and build resilient, sustainable supply networks supporting conventional and low-carbon assets. Partnering with operations, finance, and projects, you'll optimize total cost of ownership, manage risk, and ensure supplier performance, safety, and ethical standards. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive digital tools and analytics, and continuously improve processes in a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
