Job description
Paces is hiring our first VP of Product to own strategy across three pods—Power, Risk, and Platform—and to build and lead the product organization. You will stay close to the work, writing specs, joining customer calls, and making hard calls on details yourself.
You will hire PMs, coach teams, and align product, engineering, and sales around a bold roadmap. This hands-on leadership role requires deep experience shipping AI-enabled, data-heavy B2B products in a fast-growing climate-tech company.
