Job description
Mercury is building a business banking product at scale. We are seeking a Head of Product to own the business banking line end-to-end, setting strategy, leading PMs, driving growth in deposits and payments, and owning performance metrics.
The role demands 10+ years in banking/payments, 5+ years leading PMs, and a track record launching 0-1 financial products in fintech. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver reliable, trust-worthy banking experiences.
