Job description
Glean is seeking an experienced Product Design leader to grow and guide our design team, shaping the product’s look, feel, and experience. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to turn strategy into high-quality, customer-centric solutions across the platform.
You will mentor designers, refine design processes, and build a cohesive design culture, while navigating a fast-growing tech environment. Hybrid work in Mountain View or SF supports strong collaboration.
