Job description
World is seeking a Head of Product Design to shape and elevate the design across web and mobile platforms. You will lead a cross-functional team, set a clear design vision, and mentor designers while delivering high-quality experiences at scale.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering, advocate for users, apply design systems and accessibility standards, and navigate a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment. This role is based in San Francisco.
