Job description
Givebutter is hiring a senior product-design leader to grow and guide a team across product pods, partnering with the VP of Design to scale the function in an AI-native company. You will shape design strategy, raise quality and velocity, and align cross-functional teams with business outcomes.
You will influence roadmap with deep user insights from fundraisers and donors, set craft standards, and drive high-impact work in a fast-growing nonprofit–facing SaaS platform.
