Job description
Mews is expanding its Front of House engineering to scale guest recognition and personalised experiences across millions of interactions. You will lead engineering teams, ensuring fast delivery, healthy systems, and a high-performing culture that enables confident decision-making and sustained growth.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and other directors to translate long-term strategy into executable plans while maintaining a high bar for quality and efficiency.
