Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Head of Product Execution to oversee the execution function for a large enterprise healthcare organization. You will lead a team to translate product strategy into field-ready sales enablement and market adoption.
The role owns the Product Execution function and operating model, drives field sales enablement and product storytelling, and monitors territory adoption and performance while aligning product owners with sales leadership.
