Job description
Gusto, the trusted payroll and HR platform for SMBs, seeks a Head of Product, New Customer Experience in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end onboarding and activation journey, shaping how new customers discover, evaluate, and start using Gusto, including AI-enabled onboarding surfaces and agentic experiences.
