Job description
Canary Technologies is seeking a Product Operations leader in New York to own the systems that keep our product organization running at scale. You will steward the analytics stack, the product lifecycle processes, and a repeatable onboarding program for new PMs, building infrastructure that quietly speeds everyone up without founders in the loop.
You will manage end-to-end analytics (Omni, Amplitude, Looker), instrument definitions, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT architecture while owning KPI
