Job description
Ridgeline seeks a foundational leadership executive to build and lead Product & Technology Operational Excellence, uniting Product Ops, Engineering, QA Ops, and Project Management into a cohesive operating model.
You will translate priorities, improve decisions, and drive quality and discipline while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and knowledge sharing across Product and Technology. This hybrid, in-office role requires 3 days onsite weekly in San Ramon, Reno, or New York.
