Job description
Bottom Line seeks a Senior Manager, Program Fidelity & Implementation to lead enterprise-wide fidelity standards and staff readiness across relational, virtual, and scaled modalities. You will design and sustain staff-facing systems, advisor curricula, and evaluation frameworks to ensure high-quality, student-centered programming.
Based in the National Office, this role partners with Training & Learning, Program Operations, and Research to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
