Job description
Terac is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and scale delivery and customer success across 50+ projects monthly and 100+ clients by 2026. You will partner directly with the CEO to shape high-priority problems, manage the projects team from 5 to 20+, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks.
You thrive in ambiguity, provide exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
