Job description
Venice Community Housing (VCH) in Los Angeles seeks a Director of Property and Asset Management to lead strategy, performance, and long-term health of the affordable housing portfolio. You will supervise regional managers, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and partner with the Finance and Housing Development teams to advance mission-driven housing and tenant services.
