Job description
NYC Department of Finance is seeking a Senior Director of Public Engagement and Constituent Affairs to lead outreach and constituent services with a focus on responsive, effective engagement with elected officials, community organizations, and the public.
The role reports to senior leadership, guides outreach strategies, and ensures timely responses to inquiries while coordinating with partners across city agencies and community groups.
