Job description
The Atlanta University Center (AUC) Robert W. Woodruff Library in Atlanta, GA seeks a strategic Head of Public Services to lead public services, user experience initiatives, and technology-enabled learning spaces.
You will shape customer service models and oversee staff across dynamic learning environments. Qualifications include a MLIS from an ALA-accredited program and 3–5 years of relevant library leadership experience, with a focus on user-centric service delivery and makerspace technology
