Dr. Squatch is hiring a Head of R&D at its Marina del Rey headquarters, the senior scientist behind everything the brand pours, presses, and sprays. R&D at a scent-led natural grooming company spans real chemistry: soap and deodorant formulation, natural-ingredient constraints, stability and compatibility testing, and fragrance development for a cologne line competing in fine fragrance territory, disciplines our field-to-flacon guide and natural-versus-synthetic coverage frame.
About the Role
The Head of R&D leads the formulation and innovation function: setting the technical roadmap, directing formulators and labs, owning claims substantiation and regulatory compliance, partnering with fragrance houses on scent development, and gatekeeping quality from bench through scale-up with manufacturing.
Who Should Apply
