Job description
Advanced Oral Surgery & Periodontics is seeking a Director of Real Estate to lead the end-to-end real estate lifecycle for new de novo practices. You will oversee site identification, lease negotiations, construction oversight, and FF&E procurement, coordinating with Operations and Training to ensure timely openings.
You will manage a team of Construction Managers, partner with a national real estate firm, and drive standardized processes as the volume grows to ~25 openings per year.
