Job description
New Silver is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a 10–20 person sales team focused on real estate investor loans. You will drive growth, implement a scalable process, and manage KPIs, reporting to the CEO in a hybrid role with occasional travel to CT or NH offices.
You will shape investor-focused lending strategies within a fast-paced fintech environment, bridging data-driven approach with high-touch service for successful deal origination.
