Job description

Lilly seeks a Director of Real World Data Strategy to champion CMH RWD, translating external data into a scalable internal plan. You will align science, strategy, and execution, guiding data governance, federated learning, and privacy-preserving approaches across the full product lifecycle.

You will engage with leaders to shape RWD investments, drive KPIs, and advance data initiatives that improve regulatory submissions and patient outcomes at Lilly.
