Job description
Oliver James is partnering with a high-growth US healthcare risk platform to recruit a Head of Reinsurance. This role will build and scale the reinsurance and medical stop-loss offering across Value-Based Care markets.
The position requires senior leadership in structuring and placing reinsurance solutions for risk-bearing providers, with emphasis on ACOs and downside-risk arrangements. ACO exposure and LEAD knowledge are highly valued.
