Job description
Philips is seeking a Director of Released Product Engineering to lead governance of the released product portfolio and drive alignment across business, operations, and supply chain at the Plymouth, MN site. The role leads a team of program managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.
The candidate will develop plant network optimization, manage manufacturing transfers, and perform make-vs-buy analysis while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and strategic planning
