Job description
Autograph Collection in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a strategic Resort Operations Leader to drive the property's Resort Experience. You will guide Spa, Concierge (virtual), Recreation/Health Club, Pool, and guest activities, and manage department heads to execute brand service standards and drive revenue.
You will develop activity programs, oversee maintenance, ensure safety, and coordinate vendor partnerships while modeling outstanding service and fostering team engagement across the resort.
