Job description
The Wolseley Hotel New York is seeking a Director of Restaurants and Bars to lead day-to-day F&B operations across the hotel’s dining venues. Based in Midtown Manhattan, you will drive guest experiences, financial performance, and service excellence for all outlets, including the Wolseley New York restaurant and a cellar‑level bar.
