Job description
ULTRA is seeking a Head of Retail to own the 2026 retail launch and scale strategy. You will design the go-to-market plan, build a high-performing field-and-ops team, and establish a rigorous, data-driven approach to in-store execution and retailer relationships.
This role reports to the founders and collaborates with Growth, Ops, Finance, and Marketing. You will lead the rollout in priority markets, manage distributors and brokers, and create a scalable playbook to achieve multi-year revenue
