Job description
FIG Kosher Phones is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to oversee nationwide retail stores and the wholesale division. You will work directly with ownership to build structure, supervise managers, and drive performance across multiple locations.
The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to implement scalable processes. Travel between stores is expected as part of daily responsibilities.
