Job description
Brim Financial is seeking a Director, Rewards & Marketplace to own the rewards ecosystem end-to-end—from sourcing and closing partnerships to scaling the marketplace for personal and business cardholders. This senior, high-autonomy role requires a commercially minded dealmaker with deep networks in rewards, loyalty, and affiliate ecosystems.
You will structure deals, manage the full lifecycle, and drive revenue with Brim and clients.
