Job description
Alan is building a global leading company in prevention insurance, seeking a Head of Sales Belgium to own commercial growth in Belgium. You will define and execute the sales strategy, lead a ~40-person sales team, and drive sustainable, ambitious growth while partnering with Marketing, Product and Sales Ops.
This hands-on leadership role requires coaching managers, shaping the sales culture, and closing strategic enterprise and public-sector opportunities.
