Job description
Corporate Tools LLC is seeking a Director of Sales to create and scale a complete sales program from the ground up in Utah. You’ll build a call-center style team, implement the tools, define culture, and enforce standards—owning lead scoring, distribution, and follow-up in a fully new system.
You’ll design compensation plans, establish KPIs, and drive predictable revenue from high-volume inbound leads. This hybrid role requires in-person onboarding in West Jordan and regular on-site presence
