Job description
Tome is hiring a VP of Sales to architect the outbound motion, advance the company upmarket, and scale a senior sales team. You will own quota setting, forecasting, and the strategic design of ICP and segmentation alongside the founders and GTM leaders.
You will recruit senior reps who source their own pipeline and run both velocity inbound and strategic outbound motions, engaging technical buyers like CTOs and CIOs.
