Job description
SRV is seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development in Salt Lake City to build and lead our sales organization. The role will be hands-on initially, focusing on winning new customers, growing strategic accounts, and creating a repeatable sales process.
The Director will recruit, coach, manage, and lead a team of business-development representatives and account managers as the company grows, establishing goals, processes, and accountability across the sales organization.
