Establish enterprise‑grade reporting and analytics that connect sales activity to underwriting and portfolio outcomes, elevating insight quality and enabling leaders to improve productivity, win rates, and profitable growth.

Lead cross‑functional execution across Underwriting, Distribution, Client & Broker Management, Operations, and Finance to improve opportunity quality, speed‑to‑quote/bind, and conversion—driving consistent best practices across zones and segments.

Sponsor and lead large‑scale change initiatives that elevate commercial excellence across the Americas, aligning leaders on behaviors, processes, and measures, driving adoption through communications, enablement, and clear accountability mechanisms.

Partner with segment and product leaders to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for priority growth areas, including disciplined cross‑sell/upsell plays and coordinated approaches for global and strategic accounts.

Develop and elevate leadership capability across Zones and Lines of Business by coaching Zonal Leaders, Underwriting, and Client/Broker leaders on pipeline discipline, strategic selling, and execution—building a high‑performing, data‑driven growth culture.

Partner with Americas Leadership to strengthen a sales culture that celebrates business development and commercial excellence, reinforcing consistent behaviors and performance expectations across the region.
