Job description
Submittable is seeking a strategic Head of Sales Enablement to build and scale programs that accelerate revenue. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design onboarding, messaging, and coaching that shorten ramp time and drive quota attainment.
The role requires 8+ years in sales enablement or related fields, with 3+ years in SaaS, and a track record of scaling enablement in high-growth organizations. Remote-friendly with strong leadership exposure.
