Job description
Sola Insurance in Atlanta is seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead the sales and account management team, currently seven people, with plans to grow to around 20 over the next year. You will work directly with our CEO and leadership to rebuild how we hire, train, manage, and forecast for the next growth stage.
Your job is to deepen agency relationships, coach reps, hire strong sellers, and develop future managers, while building scalable systems and processes.
