Job description
Agave, a fast-growing AI platform for construction, is hiring in San Francisco. You will work directly with the CEO/co-founder to build and lead the sales team, scaling from current ARR to future milestones and expanding into multiple products.
You’ll start hands-on closing deals with AEs, then recruit and ramp reps, coach the team, own forecast and pipeline, and develop new sales motions and leaders as the company grows.
