Job description
Pegasystems is seeking a Head of Sales for Launchpad in Massachusetts. You will own the direct revenue engine and build a partner network to scale adoption of our platform for ISVs, enterprises, and partners globally.
You will architect co-sell motion with AWS and other ecosystems, lead a high-performing sales and partner team, and shape a new category in agentic application development. This role is hybrid onsite in Waltham.
