Job description
Referment is working with a cybersecurity software company whose exposure-management platform combines threat intelligence, attacker telemetry and automated security testing. Its customers include large enterprises and critical-infrastructure organisations that need to identify and validate real-world exposure quickly.
The business is hiring a hands‑on sales leader for North America. You will inherit an established regional Account Executive team, own the new‑business number and build a more repeatable enterprise sales motion while working closely with marketing, partnerships, customer success and product.
The Role
Own North American new‑business revenue, forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning and quota allocation.
Coach and develop enterprise Account Executives, joining strategic customer engagements when useful.
Strengthen outbound execution and embed disciplined opportunity management and MEDDPICC practices.
Build repeatable enterprise sales processes and work with partnerships colleagues on reseller and MSSP routes to market.
Bring customer, pricing and competitive insight into product and positioning decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Significant experience leading direct enterprise sales teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
A proven track record of career stability and long-term tenure, demonstrating the ability to grow and scale within an organisation over several years.
A record of scaling an early commercial organisation and forecasting accurately against demanding targets.
A primary focus on direct sales leadership and outbound execution, with experience coaching AEs through complex, multi‑stakeholder security buying cycles.
Experience with six‑figure subscriptions and high‑value enterprise deals.
Credibility with CISOs and senior security leaders, plus strong coaching and cross‑functional leadership.
This could suit a regional VP or Head of Sales who still enjoys coaching deals directly as well as building the operating rhythm behind the team.
