Outlast is seeking a Director of Sales to build our revenue engine from the ground up. As the first dedicated sales leader, you’ll own the full sales motion—from lead conversion to close—while partnering with marketing to turn pipeline into predictable, repeatable revenue.
This role suits a hands-on, data-driven professional who leverages AI to sell smarter. You’ll build a disciplined sales organization, hire and coach top talent, and define cadence.
