Job description
Fulcrum is seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead the revenue engine as we scale from early traction to category leadership. You will own the full sales motion across Enterprise and Mid-Market, driving the GTM strategy, hiring and developing a high-performing team of AEs and BDRs, and ensuring predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting.
