Job description
Alpha seeks a Head of School to own private K-12 admissions and UHNW family relationships across a metro (Miami, San Francisco, or Los Angeles). This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role focused on enrollment, advocacy, and safeguarding the model against parent pressure.
You will build partnerships with family offices and private clubs, run admissions end‑to‑end, and transform enrolled families into public champions.
