Job description
Alpha is seeking a Head Of School to lead the parent side of the Alpha model in a major metro. You will drive enrollment, advocacy, and crisis resolution while protecting the centralized academic model. The role emphasizes relationships with UHNW families and strategic community partnerships.
You will spend time on outreach, events, and direct family conversations, with on-site responsibilities and evening/weekend commitments to ensure robust engagement across the community.
