Job description
Guidepost Montessori in Kendall Park is seeking an experienced Head of School to lead the campus, grow enrollment, attract and retain great staff, and ensure a high-quality educational experience for every child.
As School Director you will provide leadership to the campus team, develop a strategic plan, manage the budget, build a strong parent community, and uphold the Montessori pedagogy across classrooms.
