# Head of School## Grace Academy of DallasDallas, TXChurch/Company Size151 to 250Job TypeFull TimePay TypeSalaryPay$100,000 - $115,000Employee WorkplaceOn-site### Job Description:**Description**Grace Academy of Dallas (GAD), an independent Christian school located in Dallas, TX, is seeking a full-time Head of School/Middle School Principal beginning with the school year.The Head of School (HOS) operates as the organization's CEO and reports directly to the Board of Trustees using a Policy Governance framework. The HOS serves as a Christian role model for the faculty, staff, parents, and students while serving as both a representative and a promoter of GAD. They provide visionary leadership and are responsible for the overall success of school operations and outcomes. The HOS has authority over operational decisions, while working with the Board of Trustees in budgeting, and strategic planning.The Head of School will enjoy: - Working with passionate and committed families - Leading staff and administration who are dedicated to GAD and its success - Partnering with faculty who meaningfully integrate biblical truth and faith into academic programming - A thriving school culture with a clear identity and positive momentum**Requirements**The ideal candidate will possess:- A strong testimony of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ and clear evidence of a growing relationship with him.- Masters or Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, or Non-Profit Leadership, qualifying them for an ACSI administrative certificate.- Five (5) or more years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, or other relevant industry.- Experience in leading a school through the ACSI accreditation process.- A proven track record in strategic planning, faculty development, and academic excellence.- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a team of Christian educators.
