Alpha is hiring a Head of School to lead the parent side across a metro, focusing on enrollment growth, UHNW family partnerships, and advocacy for 2 Hour Learning.
You will split time between community partnerships and resolving escalations, preserving the model while keeping families engaged, with an on-site, full-time schedule including evening and weekend events in a fast-paced environment.
