Job description
Alpha is seeking a Head of School in the United States to lead local relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families and drive enrollment, retention, and advocacy for 2 Hour Learning. This on-site role focuses on community partnerships, information sessions, and 1:1 conversations with demanding families who seek a trusted voice for Alpha's accelerated learning model.
You will own the parent-facing escalations, preserve the model, and document precedents for the network.
