Job description
Alpha is hiring in the Los Angeles metro to lead the parent side of the school, focusing on enrollment growth and advocacy among UHNW families and high-expectation clients. This role centers on relationships, advocacy, and protecting the educational model while expanding Alpha’s local influence.
The Head of School will oversee outward partnerships, end-to-end admissions, and the escalation process, ensuring exceptional service to families and clear documentation for future policy.
