Job description
Fulcrum is seeking a Sales Development leader to build and run a high-velocity SDR team. You’ll design the operating system that drives a large portion of our new-business pipeline, coaching reps, and continuously improving playbooks. You’ll work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize messaging and outcomes.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-activity outbound environment. Expect to own pipeline metrics, develop new plays, and use AI tools to accelerate learning and results,
