Job description

Wheels Up is seeking a Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead the SEC reporting function and manage Form 10-K and 10-Q processes. The role requires deep US GAAP and SEC regulatory knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong track record in technical accounting research.

The candidate will mentor a team of accounting professionals and work with Investor Relations and Legal to prepare press releases, earnings materials, and related SEC filings.
